In detail, you will: 

• Conduct and drive OEE equipment and process concern under responsible and continuously develop and improvement activity (A, P, Q) to achieve target

• Identify problem for improve machine in process

• Analysis Breakdown root cause for reduce breakdown

• Regular reporting to Maintenance Manager and Management on progress

• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Preparing necessaries spare part for each line

• Assign jobs to technician team

• Follow up jobs from technician

• Other special assignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in preventive machine experience from the household appliance or similar manufacturing industry

• Experience in PLC Siemens, PLC Mitsubishi

• Refrigerator manufacturing knowledge

• Knowledge of machine basis of mechanism/electrical part prevention and repair

• Knowledge of Pneumatic machine for Refrigerator product will be advantage

• Manufacturing problem analysis & improvement skills

• 2D (AutoCAD) design skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Safety consciousness

• Good interpersonal skill and service minded

• Good command of English

• Able to work in a night shift
