Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Mechanically inclined with a knack for mathematics and technology.
- Physical ability to operate, troubleshoot machinery.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Agility to navigate a manufacturing production floor.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
