Responsibilities
- Conduct assembly and value adding of parts.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
- Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
Requirements
- High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
- Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60lbs, climbing, standing, and equipment use.
Desired Qualifications
- Crane or forklift certifications are a nice to have.
