Responsibilities

  • Manage ERP system for shipment batching and picklist generation.
  • Create and verify international shipping documents for customs compliance.
  • Respond to Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code inquiries.
  • Process customer orders for timely shipment.
  • Act as a liaison for customer service and warehouse staff regarding shipment inquiries.
  • Schedule carriers and coordinate logistics for optimal routes and transit times.
  • Provide proof of delivery and maintain shipping document records.
  • Follow up on shipment errors and damages for resolution.
  • Batch and file daily picklists and shipping documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in inbound and outbound logistics processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proven experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Demonstrated practical problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with multiple departments.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize diverse tasks to meet deadlines.
