Responsibilities
- Assist in logistics operations, including material handling processes, inventory management, and packaging processes.
- Support packaging design and process improvements to ensure efficiency, safety and ergonomics.
- Work on the shop floor frequently to support logistics flows optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, ME, Purchasing Logistics.
- Conduct data collection, analysis and reporting to improve the end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Other work assigned by managers.
Requirements
- Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major, e.g., Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for packaging and logistics design.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and engage in hands-on tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with an open and proactive attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- English both written and spoken.
