Responsibilities
- Define go-to-market model and segment strategy for the assigned Business Organization.
- Ensure integrated commercial success to drive business growth, profitability and market share.
- Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
- Optimize all commercial costs, including sales forces, call centers, after-sale, and channel partner commissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation, drives, or motion control business.
- Proven P&L management experience with demonstrated commercial and sales leadership capability.
- Strong knowledge of variable speed drives (VSD), PLCs, and motion control products and their market applications.
- Experience in channel management (distributors, system integrators, and OEM partner development).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
