Cimatron is seeking a License Compliance Manager to lead the global rollout of its software license compliance program. This role involves strategic planning, case management, regional adaptation, and stakeholder engagement with Sales and Legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of the license compliance program and define the global strategy, including region prioritization and sequencing.
- Assess regions based on piracy exposure, market maturity, and legal enforceability to build a deployment roadmap.
- Adapt program frameworks to local legal environments and business practices.
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline of compliance cases from identification to resolution.
- Investigate software piracy and unauthorized use, applying established workflows consistently.
- Execute enforcement strategies, including self-service tools, direct engagement, and external services.
- Maintain and improve program tools, workflows, and case resolution standards.
- Monitor market trends in software piracy and adjust deployment strategies.
- Work with regional Sales Teams to align on enforcement approaches and implement corrective strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Partner with legal counsel to coordinate legal actions, manage lawsuits, and negotiate settlements.
- Deliver regular progress updates and compliance performance dashboards to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or legal qualification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in software license compliance, intellectual property enforcement, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience deploying or scaling compliance, operational, or go-to-market programs across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record managing compliance enforcement cases end-to-end, including legal coordination and settlement negotiation.
- Experience working alongside regional Sales organizations.
- Familiarity with software licensing models and their enforcement implications.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law and software copyright principles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer databases, order entry portals, and license tracking or audit tools.
- Strong analytical skills and regional performance analysis.
- Familiarity with case management platforms and compliance tracking tools.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing software, CAD/CAM, or engineering technology sector is a distinct advantage.
