Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day legal support with contracts and commercial legal matters.
  • Support labor and employment matters, as needed.
  • Manage and oversee litigation matters, including product liability cases, as needed.
  • Help develop and improve legal processes and guidance to support business efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and regions to align legal advice with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of legal experience at a law firm or in an in-house corporate setting.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: commercial transactions, procurement contracts, labor and employment law, litigation management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to focus on practical outcomes and the big picture.
  • A team player, with the ability to work independently and to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach, with comfort handling matters with limited supervision and often under time pressure.
  • Creativity and sound judgment in navigating complex or novel legal issues and moving matters forward.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.
  • The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
