Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite environments.
- Configure and manage Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, Process Intelligence, and Process Governance.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and health.
- Perform system configuration and platform optimization.
- Manage tenant settings and environment configurations.
- Coordinate platform upgrades and release management activities.
- Develop and maintain Signavio dashboards and reports.
- Monitor platform usage metrics and generate process performance reports.
- Track adoption KPIs and governance metrics.
- Support Process Intelligence analytics and insights.
- Provide executive-level reporting on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Signavio Administrator should be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
- Ensures that the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational process management objectives.
- Works closely with business process owners, enterprise architects, SAP teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Manages process repositories, user access, integrations, reporting, and platform adoption.
- Strong expertise in SAP Signavio solutions, process modeling standards, user administration, and enterprise process governance.
