We are seeking a Senior Lead Consultant in SAP LE/WM with extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management. The role involves leading solution design, implementation, and support for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, requiring strong functional leadership and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, implementation, and support of SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, transportation integration, and logistics execution processes.
- Drive transformation initiatives across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Lead SAP LE/WM implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business workshops and gather process requirements.
- Analyze current warehouse and logistics processes and provide optimized SAP solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Drive process standardization across multiple business units and geographies.
- Manage Outbound Delivery Processing, Inbound Delivery Processing, Shipping Point Determination, Route Determination, Transportation Planning, Picking, Packing & PGI, and Handling Unit Management.
- Manage Warehouse Structure Design, Putaway Strategies, Picking Strategies, Transfer Requirements, Transfer Orders, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, and RF Framework.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of SAP Experience
- 5+ Years in SAP LE/WM
- Multiple End-to-End Implementations and Global Rollouts
- Strong consulting skills
- Stakeholder management
- Solution architecture capabilities
- Hands-on configuration expertise
