The Lead Consultant in SAP ABAP is responsible for developing and delivering customized SAP ABAP solutions, adhering to quality standards and client requirements. This role requires advanced SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, and S/4HANA proficiency, along with strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder management and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed SAP ABAP solutions, custom reports, and interfaces.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify and solve client issues using SAP ABAP.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for effective delivery of customized solutions.
  • Design and deliver reports and presentations using SAP UI/UX methodologies.
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and support, leveraging OO ABAP principles.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP.
  • Strong understanding of OO ABAP and ABAP for S/4HANA.
  • Solid experience in SAP UI/UX design principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative assessments.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and presentations.
  • Familiarity with project coordination and stakeholder management.

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (Optional but valuable).
  • SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (Optional but valuable).
