Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting business operations.
Experience in facilitating root cause analysis.
Knowledge of ITIL, security, and data privacy best practices.
Experience in providing support for complex incidents.
Experience maintaining a knowledge base.
Mentoring skills for junior analysts.
Experience delivering training programs.
Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
