Responsibilities
- Execute component, product qualification, and validation tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Support customer-related and operational testing activities to help ensure product performance and reliability.
- Analyze test data and identify trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely test reports and technical documentation.
- Provide engineering support for failure analysis, corrective actions, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support supplier development and product quality objectives.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards of integrity and technical excellence.
- Support innovation efforts by identifying opportunities to improve testing methods, processes, and product performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Experience supporting product, component, qualification, validation, or laboratory testing activities.
- Ability to analyze test results and prepare clear technical reports.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational or global business environment.
- Familiarity with testing equipment, data acquisition systems, or laboratory processes.
- Experience supporting product failure investigations, root cause analysis, or supplier quality initiatives.
- Knowledge of LabVIEW or other programming and test automation tools.
- Experience working with engineering documentation, quality systems, and technical reporting.
