Requirements

  • A basic understanding of relational databases or relevant coursework/experience
  • Willingness to learn about virtualization and application systems as part of the full stack
  • Enthusiasm for participating in team projects; on-call rotation experience is not required but can be learned over time
  • Basic understanding of the Windows Server ecosystem
  • Basic familiarity with programming or scripting languages like PowerShell or TSQL, willingness to learn is key
  • Curiosity about working with public Cloud services (opportunities for training available)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an international team environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English sufficient for teamwork and communication
  • Motivation to learn new things across various areas such as service management, analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of services; strong mentoring support available
