As a Jr. Power Platform Developer, you will develop, maintain, and improve Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This hybrid role in Brno requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with M365/Power Platform tools, SharePoint, and basic identity management. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical solutions, customizing SharePoint, and providing end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable applications and workflows.
- Ensure reliable operation and support of existing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Standardize and propose improvements to Brno Hub processes.
- Analyze available data to find opportunities for improvements.
- Support ongoing and future operational changes – system, organizational, and process changes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and extend SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and site structures).
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
- Maintain current solutions and their infrastructure.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
- Support adaptation to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others.
- Share information and knowledge with others within the team and the Brno Hub.
- Support process documentation in updating, monitoring, and storing on SharePoint.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business management or equivalent through relevant work experience.
- Experience (2+ years) in development within M365 solutions stack.
- Proficiency in M365 / Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
- Basic knowledge of Identity & Access (Entra ID, governance).
- Understanding of Solution lifecycle + governance (sharing, licenses).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English and Czech/Slovak.
