Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support for Visualfabriq users across multiple markets, ensuring stable day-to-day operations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user administration, including access provisioning, role assignments, and security compliance.
- Support testing and deployment activities for system enhancements, releases, and business-driven changes.
- Monitor application performance and analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.
Requirements
- Experience supporting business applications within a retail, commercial, or Trade Promotion Management environment.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management and familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and find practical solutions.
- Effective collaboration with business users, vendors, and IT colleagues in an international environment.
- Ownership, eagerness to learn, and thrive in a role where technology and business processes converge.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to be present in the office 50% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Visualfabriq or similar Trade Promotion Management solutions.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications.
- Experience with user administration, testing, or release activities.
