Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day IT operations and support activities ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests for store users.
- Support IT audit, compliance, and security reviews.
- Assist in the implementation of local Store IT project activities.
- Support super users in testing, training, and upgrading Store IT systems.
- Coordinate with SO IT for system security patches and anti-virus updates.
- Maintain inventory records of hardware, software licenses, and support contracts.
- Ensure IT hardware, software, license, and subscription compliance.
- Coordinate on-site work with authorized vendors for rebuilds, relocations, or repairs.
- Support IT budget preparation and contract renewals.
- Assist with system and data backup and recovery procedures.
- Provide IT support to Shopping Centres where applicable.
- Provide standby weekend and after-office support if required.
Requirements
- Diploma in an IT-related professional discipline, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Practical knowledge and experience in supporting super users, system support, and system testing.
- Practical experience in IT support, including Service Desk operations, system monitoring, backup and restore, patching, and malware protection.
- IT support experience in a retail environment, including Microsoft Navision, LS Retail, POS, CRM, and SQL databases.
