Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in Windows environments.
- Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Group Policies.
- Support Windows Server environments, including monitoring and patching.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and asset information.
- Manage and troubleshoot industrial printer fleet (label printers, forklift-mounted printers, MFPs).
- Support RF handheld scanners and mobile devices used in warehouse operations.
- Maintain WiFi coverage and performance across warehouse and production areas.
- Register and track all IT assets in CMDB for lifecycle and compliance management.
- Support IT onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account provisioning.
- Coordinate with vendors and escalate infrastructure issues to global IT teams as needed.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computers and end-user devices.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi).
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with industrial printers (Zebra, Lexmark) and RF devices in warehouse settings (preferred).
- Experience with Cisco managed switches and enterprise WiFi solutions (preferred).
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support roles.
- Experience in warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus.
- CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, etc.
