Autoliv seeks an IT Operations Advanced Specialist in Estado de Mexico to support and maintain local MES services, ensuring data accuracy and availability. The role involves developing KPI reports, managing MES projects and incidents, and monitoring system performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting.
Lead the analysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements.
Manage and prioritize MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities.
Monitor and maintain MES applications, databases, and servers, ensuring performance and availability.
Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in traceability applications, database management, and data manipulation using DML commands.
Solid understanding of local network architecture, with basic hardware troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Desired Qualifications

Oracle Administration experience considered a plus.
Experience with relational database concepts.
