Job Description

• Seeking a development lead with experience in deploying IT solutions in Oracle on-premise or Oracle cloud applications. An ideal candidate should have following qualifications:
• Bright, energetic, self-motivated with a track-record of goal-achievement and high performance and a desire and aptitude to manage diverse challenges
  Strong technical foundation to effectively contribute to and lead the work efforts of a team of developers and analysts.
• Understand software engineering best practices and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, or criteria for work.
• Perform broader technical design and create code specifications.
  Ensure the code is scalable and meets performance and security requirements
  Trouble-shoot problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Propose and contribute to process and project improvements.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in developing IT solutions.
• Hands on experience on Subscription Creation / Amendment / Terminate / Renewals Experience in at least one of the subscription billing products - Oracle Subscription Management preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years with "hands-on" work experience on end-to-end implementation of Subscription Management with at least two project Implementations involving integration requirements ( Revenue management, AR, Payment gateway etc ) -Oracle Subscription Management preferred
• Ability to configure /implement / Maintain Subscription Management module in Oracle ERP using ERP data or data from external sources ( Parts, Customers etc )
  Strong Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with client SMEs on technical and business operation related discussions
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis on Current client business processes and expected future state and define solutions based on the analysis
• Working knowledge of various Subscription related APIs
• Knowledge about Covered Level Items, AR Interface Mapping, Subscription Profile, Sales Credit, Install Base Asset, Usage Charges
• Ability to keep up with upcoming releases and changes to enhance client implementations
• Ability to work with near shore or offshore team members
• Ability to schedule and lead discovery workshops with new clients
• Extremely strong analytical skills – able to provide high-quality, efficient, creative solutions to complex problems
