In short

We are looking for a seasoned Project Program Manager with 10-25 years of experience to drive complex technical projects in Interface IP development. Responsibilities include managing schedules, identifying risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Interface IP development for key programs and execute against established commitments.
  • Act as the focal point of contact and coordinator for all external and internal communications to cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and direct schedules, identify and escalate issues, drive problems to resolution, and manage risks.
  • Oversee programs including new development or porting of different IPs to various process technology nodes.
  • Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and with high quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work proactively on contingency plans.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/PHD degree with 10-25+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background and proven track record in program management in analog/digital design / IP.
  • Understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off process.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with embedded memory and standard cell design is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and create and meet schedules.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on clear and documented communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work proactively on contingency plans.
