- Achieve weekly targets and quality standards for investigations.
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in transportation operations.
- Understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Escalate problems and variances to relevant owners.
- Follow through on resolutions.
- Meet business needs within time constraints.
- Create written and verbal reports on weekly findings and variances.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in payments or e-commerce.
- Investigation experience required.

- 6+ months of customer service experience.
