Amazon Flex is seeking an Investigation Specialist II in Hyderabad, India, to join the Flex Investigations and Offboarding team. This role focuses on adjudicating Delivery Partner incidents, collaborating with Australian partners during legal and arbitration proceedings, and gathering case data. Responsibilities

Conduct deep dives into adjudicated Delivery Partner incidents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings
Provide support to arbitration partners by effectively gathering, organizing, and presenting all information related to Flex DP cases
Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases across multiple data sources
Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
Display flexibility by working with different partners and providing support as needed for additional tasks, including reinstatements
Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics
Maintain detailed documentation of case findings and partner communications for legal and compliance purposes

Requirements

2 years of investigations experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be in Good Standing
Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Desired Qualifications

Experience handling escalations and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Experience working with legal or arbitration processes
Familiarity with Mexico regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
