- Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
