Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Analyze inventory trends, aging, slow-moving, and E&O stock.
- Support inventory-related financial reporting, valuation, and control activities.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and POR targets.
- Investigate operational and financial variances and provide insights.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, operational, and business performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory value, turnover, accuracy, shortages, aging, and E&O.
- Develop dashboards and management reports using ERP and business data.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, automation, and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management and business performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in inventory management, business analysis, operational reporting, or supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
