Responsibilities

  • Assist the Remarketing Financial and Business Control team.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and interface with finance.
  • Perform used equipment fleet audits to confirm hours, locations, and specifications.
  • Create, submit, and verify purchase orders (POs).
  • Handle machine and rental invoicing.
  • Review work orders.
  • Conduct data research and analytics.
  • Support export sales functions, including POs and processes.
  • Develop reporting forms on Used Equipment (UE) market values, dynamics, and dealer sales performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, at an accredited school.
  • Completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
  • Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office module competence.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analytics (pivot tables, etc.).
  • Good aptitude for Remarketing Systems & Processes.
