Responsibilities
- Assist project engineers in executing Isolation Valve projects from order receipt to completion.
- Support project documentation, technical reviews, and customer requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation during project pursuit and execution.
- Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned project activities.
- Participate in project review meetings and maintain project records and reports.
- Assist in resolving routine technical and execution-related issues under guidance.
- Support compliance with project management processes, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project execution efficiency.
- Learn and apply industry practices, products, standards, and project management principles relevant to Isolation Valves and automation solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and industrial products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn project management concepts and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to project engineering, project management, or industrial engineering environments through academic projects or internships.
- Basic knowledge of valves, instrumentation, fluid control systems, or process industries.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Understanding of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metals & Mining, or related industrial sectors.
- Experience using engineering or project management software tools.
- Knowledge of quality systems and project execution processes.
