Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of Measurement Solutions project proposals.
  • Partner with Project Pursuit Leaders and EPC Account Managers to develop proposal strategies.
  • Identify technical and commercial opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with specialists and engineers to develop solution recommendations.
  • Evaluate third-party products and services with supply chain and engineering teams.
  • Ensure technical, documentation, and contractual requirements are addressed.
  • Assess project risks and opportunities.
  • Develop proposal summaries and review for accuracy and completeness.
  • Guide and coordinate project engineering resources.
  • Facilitate lessons learned activities for continuous improvement.
  • Support Project Managers during project execution with technical guidance.
  • Maintain technical accountability for proposed solutions.
  • Lead project engineering teams for timely order processing and project administration.
  • Identify opportunities to expand project scope and improve project value.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews.
  • Support project teams in achieving documentation and approval milestones.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation solutions and their application in industrial or process automation.
  • Basic knowledge of financial models, budgeting, and financial impacts of technology actions.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, customer specifications, and create instrument datasheets.
  • Ability to lead a team of project engineers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the process automation industry (Automation, DCS, and field implementation).
  • Advanced technical knowledge of instrumentation products.
  • Experience working directly with customers, EPC organizations, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Experience developing proposals and solutions for large or complex projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.
