We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves driving sales through lead qualification, proactive customer outreach, and closing deals, while also providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding new customers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a similar role, proficiency in CRM tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized CRM.
  • Proactively contact prospective customers to promote products/services and close sales.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure progress toward sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Educate customers on new offerings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on support trends, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
