Responsibilities

Operate and maintain insert machines, coil winders, and pre-form presses.
Adjust machine settings based on blueprints and layouts.
Use tools such as air manipulators and hoists.
Read and interpret manufacturing documents.
Perform basic measurements and calculations.
Meet production and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and communicate issues.
Support cross-training and perform various roles as needed.
Prioritize workplace safety and follow guidelines.
Report safety issues and maintain cleanliness.
Work overtime when required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
Must pass a background and drug screen.
Valid U.S. work authorization required.
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential.

Desired Qualifications

Motor manufacturing experience is preferred.
Willing to perform various roles as needed.
