The 3P Carrier Recovery & Claims Management Executive will be responsible for managing the entire claims recovery process from 3P carriers, including daily monitoring, claim finalization, dispute resolution, and reporting. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills to identify financial leakage and ensure carrier accountability.
Responsibilities
- Extract claims data, evidence, and video footage from internal systems.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly recovery reports tracking claim status, dispute aging, and recovery trends.
- Coordinate with 3P carriers via calls, emails, meetings, and evidence-sharing to finalize MDR and Damage claims.
- Drive timely recovery and resolve disputes with carriers.
- Trigger audits and evidence collection for disputed claims.
- Ensure carrier accountability for 3P-dependent losses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
- Experience with Excel.
