Responsibilities
- Propose functional layouts and communicate product benefits in room settings.
- Offer solutions for comfortable living and attractive coordination.
- Create and set up functional and beautiful showroom plans to suggest a better life.
- Plan and set up store layouts and displays.
- Provide functional and beautiful home furnishing ideas based on knowledge of interiors and home life.
- Share knowledge of home life with other departments and contribute to the business.
- Act proactively to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Interest in design, people's lives, and home furnishing trends.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail industry.
- Like collaborating with the team and finding new ways of working.
- Willingness to develop design skills and learn continuously.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Daily conversational English ability.
- Degree in architecture, interior design, or fine arts, or equivalent experience in the same field.
Desired Qualifications
- Prioritization for candidates able to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (Golden Week, Obon, Year-end/New Year, March/April new life season).
- Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with store operating hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM), including early and late shifts.
- Opportunity to take two consecutive days off per month (subject to scheduling and peak periods).
- Monthly shift scheduling (starting on the 1st of each month).
