Responsibilities

  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including early and late shifts, according to store hours.
  • Available to work during busy periods (Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, March/April new life season, etc.).
  • Ability to create a monthly shift schedule (starting on the 1st of each month).

Desired Qualifications

  • Schedule flexibility to allow for at least two consecutive days off per month (subject to peak periods).
