The Senior Technical Lead will oversee technical teams for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) implementation and maintenance. This role requires strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting for data solutions. Responsibilities include leading development, optimizing queries, collaborating with stakeholders, and resolving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services solutions.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Utilize Oracle PL/SQL to design and maintain database solutions, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Implement Unix shell scripting for automation and orchestration of data processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
  • Solid understanding of Informatica architecture, repositories, integration services, domains, and security.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Control-M or equivalent.
  • Experience analyzing workflow logs, session logs, and application/server logs.
  • Understanding of file transfers, FTP/SFTP, permissions, and networking concepts.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus.
  • Informatica IICS
  • Control-M or enterprise scheduling tools
  • AWS exposure (S3, EMR, Glue)
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience
  • AI-assisted development and testing tools (GitHub Copilot, Vibe Coding, Spec-driven development)
  • Experience supporting large enterprise data platforms and regulated environments.
