Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy supporting operational excellence, talent sustainability, and business success.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and Emerson standards.
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent management initiatives including acquisition, performance management, and development.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture reflecting Emerson's values.
  • Champion employee health, safety, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience supporting medium to large multinational manufacturing organizations.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders to drive organizational transformation, talent strategies, and business performance.
  • Strong knowledge of China labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, culture transformation, leadership development, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, business maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities.
