Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions and supporting the overall success of the organization. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Executive/Business Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges. Align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns.
    Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  3. Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts for assigned business units, ensuring the recruitment of top talent. Work with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  5. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay informed about labor laws and ensure compliance with regulations.
    Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Employee Relations: Guide in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
    Proactively address and mitigate workplace issues.
  7. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and effectiveness.
    Implement change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Performance Management: Collaborate with leaders on performance management processes.
    Provide coaching and support to improve individual and team performance.
  9. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
    Provide guidance on HR-related compliance matters.
     

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • MBA in in Human Resources, 
  • 2-4 years Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
