In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive and implement people strategy tied to the business strategy for assigned client groups as the key liaison for all HR functions
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and functional leadership to drive the overall recruitment plan through to successful new hire onboarding
  • Serve as a thought leader and take a lead role on the development and implementation of HR programs and processes in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of HR services, providing strategic partnership on talent strategies and processes relative to organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee development planning, and compensation
  • Provide meaningful consultation and coaching on employee relations matters consistent with all laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Facilitate and drive enterprise talent management processes and frameworks including the talent review process
  • Identify and partner on employee engagement initiatives as a key change agent to drive positive culture transformation 
  • Partner with leadership to drive meaningful action planning as part of the employee engagement survey
  • Administer all HR policies and practices, serving as an employee advocate while also acting as a trusted advisor to Professional Tools leadership

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.  
  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience encompassing all functional areas of human resources.  A strong background in talent acquisition or talent management is preferred. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization inclusive of senior leaders
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and leadership through complex issues
  • Strong customer service attitude and collaborative approach 
  • Knowledge of leave management 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data sets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
