- Partner with site teams on Time and Attendance to ensure correct schedules and shifts, and compile reports.
- Partner with payroll teams for accurate and timely payroll inputs.
- Partner with site teams on Roster Management through audits, reporting, and modifications.
- Assist the ops Team with Peak related activities and engagements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and develop suggestions to maximize value of resources.
- Learn and navigate internal Amazon systems to execute job duties.
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
