Responsibilities

  • Own product readiness from silicon validation through high‑volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with SoC Design, System, Software, and Test teams.
  • Drive power, performance, and quality metrics.
  • Support HVM test solutions, reliability qualification, and risk management.
  • Lead technical communication and project execution.
  • Develop and validate SoC and chiplet test solutions.
  • Debug structural, functional, high‑speed, and characterization tests.
  • Improve test coverage, yield, efficiency, and cost.
  • Analyze test and yield data for continuous quality improvement.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
  • Analyze large-scale engineering datasets for AI-driven optimization.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
  • Build AI-powered applications and LLM-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Interest or experience in SoC, chiplet, or semiconductor product development.
  • Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, global engineering environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Taiwan or Singapore for long‑term assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical collaboration.
  • Exposure to silicon validation or product engineering.
  • Exposure to test development (structural, functional, system, or manufacturing test).
  • Exposure to ATE, SLT, or bench testing environments.
  • Exposure to data analysis related to test, yield, performance, or reliability.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through High‑Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
  • Background in SoC‑ or chiplet‑based architectures, including multi‑die or D2D concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne).
  • Familiarity with structural test methodologies (e.g., ATPG, MBIST) or system‑level validation.
  • Experience with test, yield, or data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio, O+, or similar).
  • Exposure to product reliability qualification or power and performance validation.
  • Experience working on advanced or leading‑edge technology nodes.
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in working across regions and disciplines.
