We are seeking an experienced HFH Distribution Sales Manager based in Tlalnepantla, Mexico, to lead the sales strategy and marketing plan for Hygienic Fluid Handling products across Hispanic America. This role involves managing a team of Channel Sales professionals and a network of distributors to drive profitable growth and develop a scalable business model.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional distribution sales strategy and marketing plan for HFH.
  • Develop business through sales, marketing, and business-development activities.
  • Own sales forecasts and budgets, monitor progress, and implement improvement actions.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Channel Sales professionals.
  • Improve the team's sales effectiveness, focusing on lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-quote stages.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of commercial tools by the Channel Sales team.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to business development and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build a strong understanding of each market's challenges and performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product, service, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience leading direct or indirect commercial teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, business planning, and preparing business cases.
  • Experience managing indirect sales channels, distributors, or service partners is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing or executing marketing plans and using market analysis, pricing, and customer insights.
  • Strong process mindset and experience improving sales effectiveness, pipeline discipline, and use of commercial tools.
  • Ability to lead and influence across functions, countries, and cultures.
  • Experience in industrial, process, engineering, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related technical markets is valued.
  • Advanced English (B2/C1).

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing indirect sales channels, distributors, or service partners is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industrial, process, engineering, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related technical markets is valued.
  • Previous knowledge of Alfa Laval products is not required.
