Responsibilities
- Drive HAV and use case product planning activities, including feature definition, roadmap development, and SW planning.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product requirements (MRDs/PRDs).
- Provide strong technical program management for key projects, creating and managing execution dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional product core teams to define requirements, milestones, and drive program execution.
- Generate product collateral such as SW/product roadmaps, overviews, white papers, and blogs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of EDA/Semiconductor/System SW experience.
- BS degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of System SW or Semiconductor development methodologies or Electronic Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) flows and use cases.
- Proven experience in product planning, requirements gathering, and definition.
- Strong expertise in technical program management and driving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and work independently.
- Solid team player capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
