Responsibilities
- Operate various machines and perform tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
- Perform repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality product.
- Make suggestions to improve performance, quality, and costs using Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.
- Monitor machines and verify parts meet specifications using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.
- Promote quality and safety rules while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Train and/or instruct others as required.
- Maintain reliable attendance and a full-time work status.
- Adhere to safety standards.
- Relieve other employees for breaks, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
