Responsibilities
- Design, govern, and continuously evolve global talent processes within assigned domains (Talent Review & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Development, or Talent Development Programs).
- Act as the highest level of subject matter expertise for assigned talent domains, ensuring alignment with the HR Operating Model and HR Strategy.
- Define business and functional requirements for Workday and related platforms, and validate system configurations.
- Enable HRBPs and Regional Talent Management CoEs by providing guidance, tools, and learning materials for effective process delivery.
- Leverage external research, market insights, and benchmarking to inform process design and improvement.
- Lead process redesign and system implementation initiatives while managing ongoing business cycles.
- Plan, execute, and embed process and system go-lives according to the Talent Management Roadmap.
Requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one global or multi-country talent or performance management process, including design, implementation, and governance.
- Proven experience defining business or functional requirements for HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) or equivalent hands-on system design/configuration experience.
- Strong track record of delivering transformation or redesign initiatives while simultaneously managing ongoing process cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and reporting to evaluate outcomes and guide decision-making.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization without formal hierarchical authority.
- Deep expertise in at least one Talent & Performance domain, supported by knowledge of external practices and benchmarking.
- Fluent business English.
