Responsibilities

Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting for program stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.
Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions.
Support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights.
Identify and help resolve data, reporting, and process gaps.
Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Conduct root cause and impact analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Advanced to fluent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in reporting, analytics, or business performance measurement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
