Vattenfall is seeking a Functional Consultant for their Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions department. This role involves providing expertise in SAP IS-U and SAP CRM, ensuring stable and reliable IT solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to meet evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to ensure stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.
  • Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders.
  • Monitor system activities on a daily basis.
  • Handle and resolve incidents.
  • Create functional/technical designs for error corrections, small assignments, and projects.
  • Ensure implemented changes fulfill business needs and are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • Strong communicative skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written format.
  • In-depth SAP IS-U knowledge and/or functional SAP knowledge.
  • Energy market experience.
  • Knowledge and experience within Service Notification/Order.
  • Knowledge and experience within EDM.
  • Knowledge and experience within Device Management.
  • Knowledge and experience within Market communication (EDIEL) and Idoc processes.
  • Knowledge and experience within Web Services.

Desired Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g. Billing and Invoice processes, Workflow.
  • Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. SD, CRM, ILM.
  • Technical knowledge i.e. ABAP developer skills including debugging.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market.
