Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Fullstack Developer for their SMARTLINK IoT Mobile platform. This role involves developing and owning mobile experiences using Flutter, Dart, ASP.NET Core, and C#, focusing on device onboarding and connectivity. The position is hybrid, based in Wilrijk, Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for SMARTLINK Mobile in Flutter and Dart, and extend ASP.NET Core services and APIs.
- Own capabilities end to end, from discovery to production.
- Participate in product discovery and refinement, understanding user personas and journeys.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and designer from the initial sketch.
- Engineer for field conditions: intermittent connectivity, offline behavior, and slow networks.
- Monitor adoption and usage in Mixpanel, system behavior in New Relic.
- Maintain quality through tests, code reviews, architecture discussions, and production troubleshooting.
- Leverage AI in daily work to improve team's practices.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on software development experience, owning features end to end.
- Strong C# and .NET knowledge, including REST APIs and backend services design.
- Production Flutter and Dart experience with user-dependent apps.
- Experience with modern engineering practices: testing next to code, code review, CI/CD.
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable in a multidisciplinary agile team, capable of challenging specifications.
- Fluency with AI tooling and the judgment to verify its output.
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in UX and product discovery.
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi provisioning, or device onboarding.
- Familiarity with connected devices, sensors, gateways, or industrial IoT.
- Experience with offline-first mobile applications and mobile performance.
- Experience with analytics and observability tools like Mixpanel and New Relic.
- Experience with Azure, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Familiarity with firmware update workflows.
