Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools, Boolean search logic, and multiple sourcing channels to build high-quality, unbiased candidate pipelines.
- Conduct thorough pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, compensation expectations, skill level, and availability.
- Clearly communicate the interview process and set accurate expectations on leveling and compensation.
- Coach candidates on behavioral interviewing techniques and the overall interview process.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to calibrate candidate profiles and share pipeline insights.
- Surface blockers or process improvement opportunities to strengthen hiring effectiveness.
- Leverage recruiting data and reporting mechanisms to track candidate funnel quality and measure sourcing project outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity across all recruiting systems and documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- 2+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
