Responsibilities

Work in CMOS Device & process integration
Analyze chip product (IP blocks/SOC) KPIs, DTCO
Optimize system-level (chiplets/package) architecture and KPIs, STCO
Engage in Foundry partnership
Work across multiple fields including process, packaging, AI and computing architects, memory controller, and global SoC

Requirements

5+ years of experience in CMOS technology development (e.g. device, process) and product bring up
Strong data analysis skills including tool proficiency for both device and product analysis
System level KPIs optimization experience (bandwidth, power, area efficiency)
Solid understanding of CMOS device behavior, including device characterization and analysis
Solid understanding of semiconductor process integration, FinFET/GAA technology
Must be self-motivated and organized, but also highly effective in teamwork

Desired Qualifications

Advanced Degree (M.S. or Ph.D) in Engineering & Science
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
