Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
- Flash reporting of orders, sales and Backlog by industry segments, KOB etc.
- Departmental/ cost Center analysis like SGA, CGS
- Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
- Hyperion Reporting & Analysis of Product Group, Business mix & POR etc.
- Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to BU Finance team.
- Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
- Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
- Support in Ad-hoc requests.
- Create efficiency by driving process improvements and develop Power BI based Reporting.
Requirements
- Finance Professional with minimum 4 years of work experience in FP&A Domain.
- Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools viz Power BI.
- Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
- Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, Action and Result Oriented.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA in Finance
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- System Knowledge of Oracle, SAP & Hyperion Financial Management
- Power BI or related presentation tools
