Responsibilities
- Matching invoices from the ERP system.
- Maintaining accuracy levels above 98%.
- Meeting productivity targets.
- Preparing vendor statements.
- Researching credits and returns.
- Processing payment holds research.
- Performing quality checks for matched invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, or experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or equivalent experience in finance roles
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and surface discrepancies
